Is ATT acting funny, or is it just me?

I know there've been rumors about a lot (if not all) of newsgroups shutting
down, and maybe I'm just paranoid, but the past couple days have been really
slow, and different posts, as I click on them, have been coming up "crossed
out". I'm actually, more-or-less, posting this to see if the same thing
happens to me. Here's hoping....

Newsgroups don't shut down. Individual news servers may encounter
problems, or the people/companies/ISPs which host them may decide to stop
providing the service, but in general it's fairly difficult to disrupt
Usenet itself.

You may want to check which news service you're getting posts from, and
perhaps look into alternatives.

Greenboy,it might be your news reader program. sometimes my AOL
browser prevents me from posting threads. to fix this problem,I
usually have to clear cookies, fix java sun & even delete & reload the
AOL software to get a blank slate/original default setting.

As far as the reason why ATT is so slow these past few weeks. The TF
fandom has run into another slum of no major TF news. expect things to
pick up when more un-seen TF proto types from animated,classics,25th &
movie TF2 2009 stuff goes on ebay, yahoo & so forth. Expect the media
side of things to pick up when canada airs season 3 of TF animated
before the USA. Expect things to pick up when the TF2 2009 movie
trailers are put out in theathres in november/december. my guess is as
soon as the movie is done with live action & CGI They'll be tons of
leaked info out there. Lastly don't forget about Hasbro's toy fair in
manhattan in February 2009,toyfair's gonna be huge on the TF toy up
comming toy images for animated 25th & hopefully the TF2 2009 Movie.

Something's wrong somewhere. The first post was lost with about 100+ other
ones as soon as I put Outlook in newsgroup reader mode. And some of them I
really wanted to see or respond to.

It seems okay on my end... I just got 52 posts showing up in my browser
(I haven't read any posts for a couple of days though).

t.k.

Ever post by Retardo looks messed up in my newsreader.

So yeah, everything looks normal here.

I just brought the group up on my new computer (yay!), and I only got
about 100 posts. So all those ones I lost before are indeed gone.
