What's your thoughts on the 2010 5 new molds for TF animated. will you
be buying them all,a few you like or won't buy any?

my 5 cents:

Arcee is my favorite of all the 5 new molds from animated. I'll be
buying this mold for a few reasons. the desingers did a great job of
doing a updated homage based off the 1986 arcee cartoon/movie designs.
there isn't that many female transformer toys,so any is always great
to own. the toy has a over-all great design in both modes.

Animated voyager bumblebee: my second favorite of the 5 mold. Ill be
buying this. the 2008 deluxe bumblebee was such a horrible toy. i'd
imagine the majority will get this 2010 voyager bumblebee & consider
it the superior designed version. toy seems to have attachments that
make it look like the MTME cybertron atl mode.

voyager blackout: i'll be buying this because my favorite size class
is voyager. regarding the over-al toy design,i'm 50/50 on it. i'm
trying to figure out if the toy is grey or brown. sometimes viewing
certain colors on the computer don't come in properly. it's a weird
design that suffers from the animated toy line designs.

deluxe ratchet: might not buy this figure. not too fond of the design
in either mode. don't really love the character enough to get every
repaint or new mold based off him. in either mode. the walking tank is
just weird.

Animated deluxe hotrod: I'm a huge character of anything hotrod/
rodimus prime. I might not buy this figure because it looks like a
monkey wearing a robot outfit. toy has piss poor low kiddie sculpt.
best mode is the car mode because it hides the money-bot inside. robot
is very skinny & weak looking.

I would consider hotrod or arcee, depending on photos i'd think hard
of recolors. Although I did just pick up a recolor of Silverbolt
from walmart for 15 bucks (was 5 off). I didn't like the Silverbolt
coloring I guess I passed it over for a while then saw this recoloring
and loved the red and black coloring. I did not like the bubble
packaging being glued to the backing. I was able to cut the gun and
bullet free (cut the wiring), oddly skyfall was able to be removed by
just undoing twist ties.
