Just for fun: Worst 12" Joe ever

I just pulled the legs off of the ROC Cobra Commander and the Neo
Viper. I now have the NV legs and head on the CC's body, which
immediately said "Zartan" to me. So far, so good.
I then put the CC's cast-pants-and-Frankenstein-boots legs on the NV
far-too-broad-shouldered- unarticulated-arms torso, so I've combined
the worst legs with tho worst torso, but since both of the headsculpts
are decent, I need the Worst Joe Headsculpt Ever to make this figure
REALLY suck! Does anybody have any suggestions for an official GI Joe
headsculpt that will do the job? The first thing that came to mind was
the vintage Intruder, but I don't know if I want to go that route.
I also have a Defenders body, but that's not officially Joe, so it
doesn't count!

Hmmmm--would the HOF Street Fighters Colonel Guile count as an official
GI Joe headsculpt? I'm hard-pressed to come up with one worse than The
Intruder.

I have in mind one of the original HOF Joes, I think it was Duke. I
never saw such a constipated look in my life.

All of the HOF were bad but the worst for me was the attempt to tie in
the Disney Sinbad cartoon with the Adventure Team by putting the AT
lable on the package.
An AT guy with cartoon features and pirate pants?

Since Sinbad was sold under the GI Joe name, his headsculpt might be
the best choice. Besides, that cartoony, smarmy smirk would look so
out of place on the figure I have so far, that it's look REALLY
stupid! Now to find one...
