I have just filed another complaint and request for refund against a
seller who never sent the item, and never responded to my requests for
a tracking number, or an explanation. Michael Mosley had listed a
Kenner 12" Sandtrooper, which I won at $5. Shipping was $10, and I
immediately paid via Paypal. After about two weeks, I requested a
tracking number, and after about a month, I asked the seller to
respond to my email, or I would have to file a complaint. Mosley's
only response was to close his eBay account. I have filed a complaint
with Paypal, and hopefully, i'll get a refund.
The other bad seller is Kristopher Sheppard. I won an AT helicopter/
swamp craft seat, and the transaction was almost identical to my
experience with Mosley. In this case, however, Sheppard had good
ratings up until the day I paid him, and then ALL of his feedback was
"no item sent". Of course, it's possible that Mr. Sheppard was in a
car accident, or something, and was suddenly unable to send anything
or respond, but either way, I won't be buying anything from him a
gain, either.
