In the spirit of keeping the Sandbox the Most Electrifying Forum in GI Joe
Entertainment, I'm holding a Karma Kontest. Just e-mail me the answer to the
following two questions:

Which amendment to the US Constitution established the income tax?

In one sentence, explain what Alexis de Tocqueville meant by "soft tyranny".

Send your answers to dbk at gte dot net. Winner will be chosen at random and
announced Monday night. The prizes are a choice of two Dragon figures and a
nude AA Timeless collection figure shipped to your door.

If I get this one right I ought to win a million.

If people become less concerned with their bodies and more concerned with
the salvation of their souls, they will be less likely to give all power to
a leader who promises satisfaction of capricious desires.

1. Amendment number Niner-Niner-Dash G double-Q. It's really a high-cobal
amendment. In fact, me just printing the words could get me kidnapped.

2. Alexis de Tocqueville was refering to his pre-Viagra days when he coined
the term "Soft Tyranny". A little-known fact - Tocqueville was fascinated
with Chimps. At first, he studied Baboons, but their endless poo-throwing
had him go down the ladder to chimps. His favorite Chimp, "Little Thomas
Payne", won the very first Chimp-Olympics shot put contest. Read all about
this and other fascinating facts in the Library of Congress. Or don't. I
don't care.

Ok, so do you need my address now :) I've never had a Dragon figure and
would really love to have one!!!
