I'll kick it off.
Hi, I'm Garry.
Sandbox regular and occasional poster since 1996 or thereabouts.
Another year older since the last roll call.
I represent the non US contingent, made up of Rob Marshall and, er, myself.
Rob is on vacation in the Australian bush without net access until next week
so I guess we should count him too :-)
I added all that stuff, cause I thought it'd be cool to have all the
basic info down, but don't anybody feel like you have to do the same.

ITFC 00018 - although I can't help myself when the evilone appears, I
love to read the flame wars!
My collection consists of quite a few vintage Joes decked out in cool
uniforms from Cots. I also have lots of repro Joes, many of which I
have had flocked making them into my own version of the AT, kind of
like a cross between the AT and Blackwater, known as J.A.C.K.E.L. I
have a start on a website about it.
My favorite event from years past was the Sandbox Halloween Diorama
contest. I used to enter all the time. My stuff was not very good,
especially compared to some of the real diorama artists out there. I
got a decent start on getting that going again last year, and plan to
host it again if anyone is interested.
I have been in the Box since about 96, but I lost access for several
years due to crappy internet providers. I found access through Google
awhile back and have been reading the Box everyday since.

Canada hasn't become part of the United States of America yet!
5440 and Manifest Destiny will have to wait for just a little bit
longer!

I'm a relative Newbie here. It's been three years since I signed up
with Google and got access here through them. I used to peek in a
long time ago through the network at a former job back in the late
1990's. About that time I used to post a bit over at The Big Red
Toybox Forum. I have some saved conversations on disk somewhere with
John Medieros about Mountie variations, and Don Thompson about the
double standard regarding the words "Jap" and "Kraut" when talking
'Joe.
Ahhh... Those Golden Days before my on-line 'Joe Forum addiction...
