Aransas County TX Court-At-Law Judge William R Adams, now 51

In 2004 straps his disabled 16 year old daughter on video
- Uses big wide belt to strap the kid
- Straps her on front of legs, sides of legs, not just butt
- Threatened to strap her on face if she doesn't turn around
- Hillary Anne Adams is sixteen years old in video
- supposedly kid is disabled with ataxic cerebral palsy

This is a Judge who approves "child removal" from loving
homes based on trivia, gossip and baseless accusations.

It's still legal for parents to spank their kids
in all 50 states but it has to be an open
hand on the butt, not a belt, not a stick,
not a closed fist, etc.

""Child Protection"" agencies have actually been told
by Federal District Courts that they are
"not the spanking police".

Despite this message, these ""Child Protection""
agencies still do bring Judges like Adams cases
accusing a parent of spanking a 5 year old on
the butt with an open hand, (within the law)
and the ""Family Courts"" still remove kids for such stuff.

Ironically, this Judge would NOT be subjected to
the same kind of secret kangaroo "dependency"
court that states torture families in, for two reasons.
1. The kid is now grown up.
2. Adams actions as seen in the video rise to the
level of FELONY CHILD ABUSE which means he would
get a fully constitutional court unlike the
parents he tortures and screws over
every day in secret "dependency" Kangaroo courts.

If this really is the Judge and it does appear to be,
then BOTH he and his (now ex) WIFE (seen in video)
Hallie Gean Adams, 50, should be arrested and brought
up on criminal FELONY child abuse charges.

They would get all of those Bill Of Rights
promises which are routinely denied to parents
in "Dependency Court" across the USA.

- Right to confront accuser and cross examine them.
- Stringent rules of evidence not watered down
like in Family Courts.
- No "Hearsay Exception" like in Family Court. (Gossip, etc.)
- He would actually get to SEE the Video and
everything else used against him in the court.

If this girl had been adopted, which is common for
people in the ""Child Protection"" INDUSTRY,
the girl's disabled status would have meant that
they got PAID a much larger monthly stipend while
they fostered her, and even for many years after
they adopted her.

In the video they refer to her being 16 years old.
Supposedly this is from 2004 and only becoming
public now. Hillary Anne Adams would be about
23 years old now.

Nationwide, ""Child Protection"" caseworkers
routinely commit perjury to remove kids, but
"prosecutorial descretion" is used to
routinely avoid prosecuting their fellow
government employee ALLIES the caseworkers.

This systemic blindness to caseworker
perjury has made it routine, prompting me
to call it state SUBBORNED perjury.

A few years ago a dependency court Judge
got caught for leaving her adopted toddler
at home alone while she drove to the
airport to pick up her lost baggage.

More recently than that, two Pennsylvania
Judges got sent to Federal prison when they
got convicted for sending kids who didn't
need it to a corrective group home that
gave them huge kickbacks (bribery).

The ""Child Protection"" INDUSTRY is a racket
and honestly does far more harm than good.

Typically, of the children removed from
their family, 80%+ are for unqualified
social workers perception that they
might be at risk of neglect. Even though
high courts have TOLD the agencies that
household clutter is NOT sufficient basis
for child removal, they still do.

Interestingly, none of the US states has
any official standards regarding inspection
of parental homes. As it is, NO PARENT
could meet the standards because there are none.
The ""Child Protection"" agencies nationwide
are terrified of anybody setting a legal
precedent about any standards for such a
home inspection. They don't want to be
limited to any objective standards that
parents might actually meet.

Another layer of chidren removed from
parents is due to parents using street drugs.
Because the state gets big Fed FUNDING
to ""rehab"" those parents, their kids are
on a fast track to be returned to them.
State FUNDING depends on it!

What most people think of as actual child
abuse, blood, broken bones and sexual abuse
is only a fraction of one percent of all
children the ""Child Protection"" agencies
remove from their parents.

The very terminology the ""Child Protection""
INDUSTRY used to work with used to be
CAN (Child Abuse and Neglect) despite the
abuse portion being a fraction of 1% of
child removals. Several states used a
form created by a consortium/corporation
called "Structured Decision Making" and
on their web site they warned that their
form was not actually ssupposed to be used
for actual decision making. Duh?

With the nit picking and second guessing that
the ""Child Protection"" INDUSTRY uses to
remove kids (for funding!) almost any
parent (except for the very rich) can be
dragged into the unconstitutional hell of
"dependency court".

The grown victim appears to have spread the
video on the internet as a way to overcome
expected problems with law enforcement and
prosecutors unwilling to criminally prosecute
one of their own.

Is it possible that Hillary Anne Adams gave
this video to ""Child Protection"" back in 2004?
If she did and they decided not to rescue
her because her Dad is a Judge, that would
be one heck of a law suit!
Don't you think Judge William R Adams knew
that the system was rigged in his favor?
