Apologies if the substabce of this post turns up here
twice.
But having had chance to look at someone else's Bible
with Apocrypha, and having had chance to buy a King
James (Authorised Version) with apocrypha, it seems
not all Apocrypha are equal.
At the moment some apocryphal books are available
through the wikipedia/wikimedia project. An English-
language version of which may be accessed via the
URL
http://en.wikipedia.org
How reliable they are I do not know. There are some
books in the wiki bibles I was going to cross-check to
see how accurate they are. Beofre finding out that at
least one of my own personla dinosaurs (apocryphal
texts) was missing from the version I bought today...
...going by memory.
As the King James (Authorised Version) as published
by the Oxford University Press seems a fair standard,
I was going to key those missing from its annals in, as
and when access to the version I'd access to previously
was forthcoming.
Some authors on books about some tarots do refer to
the aprocrypha as holding information on symbolisms
used in decks that would otherwise be down to guesswork.
That's all. The USENET alt.tarot archives seemed as good
as place as any to post an English keying of those the
OUP have not seen fit to publish.
