In this I assume you have seen some of my previous writing
but if not, there is some explanation in the four components
subpage of my Salmon on the Thorns webpage (see below).

I thought that main stack access had been opened up
when the stack was formed and someones had been
assigned positions in the stack but that wasn't
the case.

Earlier each non-mammal someone that is deity to
at least one mammal made some adjustments to
the healing circle prescriptions of mammals.
Then other someones on level -1 and 0 of the popthroughs
and the top female on level 1 of the popthroughs also
made adjustments in the healing circle prescriptions.
Then my eleven main deities touched up the
healing circle prescriptions (which affect the
divination framework).

Then main stack access was then opened up to individuals
listed in the stack,  by common sense access,
meditation access, and general divination access
and maybe some perineum click divination access.  Note
that the general divination access is only for those
with diviner special ability which I divine by
perineum click divination is 1 in 52 humans.
The perineum click divination is separate from
that and is for those few with level 0 access or
component(s) of level 0 access (me and the top five
most attractive to me women among humans).

What about the popthrough stacks, is access to them
opened up to individuals listed in them?  Yes,
by common sense, meditation, and general divination
access but none by perineum click divination.
