In accordance with Ukase dated 11-XI-1721:

"By the conducive Grace of God We, Peter the First, Emperor and Autocrator
of all the Russias, of Moscow, Kiev, Vladimir, Novgorod, Tsar of Kazan, Tsar
of Astrakhan, Tsar of Sibiria, Lord of Pskov and Grand Duke of Smolensk,
Duke of Estland, Liveland, Korela, Tver, Yugra, Perm, Vytka, Bulgaria &c,
Lord and Grand Duke of Novgorod lower lands, Chernigov, Ryazan, Rostov,
Yaroslavl, Beloozersk, Udor, Obdoria, Konda, and all the Northern land ruler
and Lord of Iverian lands of Kartalinian and Georgian tsars, and Kabardinian
lands of Cherkass and Mauntain princes and of other Hereditary Lord and
Owner."

Peter III was additionally Heir of Norway, Duke  of Schlesvig-Holstein,
Stornmarn,  Ditmarsen  and Oldenburg

Catherine the Great had the same titles as Peter the Great and during her
reign added Tsarina of Chersonnese Taurica, Grand Duchess of Lithuania,
Volynia, Podolia, Duchess of Courland  and Semgalle, Samogitia, Lady and
Grand Duchess of Polotsk, Vitebsk, Mstislavl.

Paul I added titles of his father (Heir of Norway, Duke  of
Schlesvig-Holstein,  Stornmarn,  Ditmarsen  and Oldenburg) and his mother
(Lord of Jever). During his reign he added Grand Maitre of the Order of St.
John of Jerusalem, later named "Sovereign" Order.

Alexander I exclude Order of St. John but added Tsar of Georgia, Grand Duke
of Finland, Tsar of Poland, Lord of the Armenian lands.

Alexander III changed the complete title last time, adding Lord of
Turkestan.
