My rather delicately phrased explanations have caused a couple of you to miss
the point.

Her Majesty would _not_ have been pregnant.

Their Majesties reached an agreement that there would be no heir other than the
heiress presumptive, Princess Elizabeth, and this agreement was reached well
before His Majesty's death.

Lord, have mercy, people, do I have to spell it out!?
