His name is legion. To say nothing of admins[1] who consider it
appropriate to bounce spam and viruses to forged addresses, never
comprehending that those bounces are themselves spam.
[1] Wasn't there a recent discussion of a brain-dead prgram from IBM
called "FairUCE"?

You mean you *don't* report Spamcop "reports" as spam?
At one point, I was operating my own DNSBL that contained the mail
servers of the more incompetent antispam weenies. And yes, Spamcop had
the "honour" of being the first entry.
