Yep, standard serial port. You might need a null-modem cable.
I have both a VT320 and a PC running a term emulator plugged into
my 11/73. A 25-pin to 9-pin adapter works fine, I've used my Cybiko
pocket computer as a terminal using one.
You might want to investigate the TU-58 emulator, which emulates a
TU-58 serial tape drive on a PC, as a way to get data and programs
into the machine easily, if slowly!
Lots of PDP-11 software available online.
