How does a cretin divide by setz?

Looks like its part of the normalization code for floating point.
I never did much floating point on '10s/20s.

How can you use a setz to divide?

Don't think about the machine instruction; think about the octal value of
SETZ: 400000,,000000. This value, used as a floating point divisor,
constitutes "dividing by SETZ".

It's not a particularly useful thing to do. The original code noted the
possibility (hence "ONLY CRETINS DIVIDE BY SETZ") but otherwise didn't
handle it.
