Once more with feeling.
1. Download all the drivers for the Inspiron 530 from the Dell web site.
2. Install the motherboard chipset driver first.
3. Reboot.
4. Install the other hardware drivers next, in any order, and you do not have to reboot after each one.
5. Reboot after the last driver is installed.
6. Problem solved... Ben Myers
