Where did "bungling idiot" Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab get PETN, the explosive
used?

Only a cool-aid drinker like you would dismiss Umar as a bungler.

It took me some time to find an article that revealed PETN as the explosive.
No telling what triggers went off just doing the search. I can't imagine the
secrecy and sophistication required to obtain. It is difficult to detonate
according to Wicipedia. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab must have known that and
tried unsuccessfully to detonate it using a fuse of some sort. Thank God he
wasn't sophisticated enough for success.

He wasn't a bungler, he just wasn't a sophisticated bomber. Who did he get
the PETN from? Are they sophisticated? did body moisture and movement cause
the blasting cap to fail?

Carrying out a suicide bombing isn't a simple thing but you seem to think it
is.

I think you dismiss Umar as a bungler because you'd like to dismiss
terrorism as an act of war against the infidel. Are you part of the
deception that Islam is a religion of peace?

He was a bungler. A stooge they gave some stuff to and told what to do with it.

Wind him up and let him - expendable.

God bless him for doing his job in protecting his holiness.

"There are a whole lot of religious people in America, including the
majority of Democrats. When we abandon the field of religious discourse --
when we ignore the debate about what it means to be a good Christian or
Muslim or Jew; when we discuss religion only in the negative sense of where
or how it should not be practiced, rather than in the positive sense of what
it tells us about our obligations toward one another; when we shy away from
religious venues and religious broadcasts because we assume that we will be
unwelcome -- others will fill the vacuum. And those who do are likely to be
those with the most insular views of faith, or who cynically use religion to
justify partisan ends"

Islamo-fascists do just that

In article <4B3C2CAF...@hotmMOVEail.com>,
traR...@hotmMOVEail.com says...

It's the same deal as the shoe-bomber, "Richard Reid." He was
expendable in two ways. One, the folks who recruited him and
supplied the bomb didn't mind him dying on the mission. Two, if
caught, he wasn't bright enough or informed enough to tell the
prosecutes who his handlers were, or how to find them.

This new bomber also doesn't know the real names or locations
of the people who recruited him and supplied the bomb. Including
the well-dressed man who allegedly helped him get on the plane.

He did squat. He was just collateral damage.
