WHAT IS A CHAT ROOM? Basically its an area you access via your web browser
by typing in the name of the chat room. When you are in the "room" you can
type in questions and comments and the words will appear in a common area
everyone can see. Others who have signed on to the room can respond in the
same way. You will be able to watch the conversation unfold and also be a
part of the dialogue.
