NS today -- 3/31/12 (cold feet)

Camped out on the NS, sleeping on the beach. Woke up at dawn with
really cold feet and a tohei on the line. Rushed it to Rocky Rights
and shot a bit in the wind-whipped water surface.

After snacking on a breakfast burrito, I proceeded to bodyboard at
"Pastures." A new NNE was inconsistently filling in, short periods at
11 seconds. Had a good time riding for a change, but the inconsistent
surf frustrated somewhat.

Came in and tried my hand at photography. Funny that the life guard
asked me what my intentions were, and I said I was going to swim out
there. He tried dissuading me from trying, but relented when I told
him I had already been out earlier that morn.

Swam out and found the rip to be a little softer than earlier. shot
some, but nothing really spectacular. It was a good morning.
