EZ-LOCK Car Wheelchair lockdown

I have the EZ Lock right now and I find that the post on the chair is
really close to the ground.

Does anyone make a retractable post? This is way to close to the
ground and scrapes on everything.

Thats way too low!

It needs to be
a) in line with the rear wheels, not behind or in front, so it rises with
the chair over higher ground.
b) (as mine is) fitting an inch higher and use 1 inch spacers on the ez lock
to raise it up to match.
