A bit off the subject

We had a Ford Econoline with Bobby Alva's mobility equipment and a RICON
lift. It was wrecked.

Now we are looking for a new van. We could do without the mobility
equipment, but NEED a van with a lift, preferably with a lowered floor and a
flip out ramp.

We went to MC mobility and Dodge. Both are asking 40k for a new van and no
options for a used one.

I can't find a newsgroup more applicable. Can anyone suggest a path for me?
Is there somewhere on the Internet to look at used vans?
