Maybe not. We employees of the State of Arizona just got through with
Open Enrollment, where we elect all our benefits for the coming year.
A notable change to our healthcare policy this year was: "Fertility
treatments will *not* be covered."

There was, of course, a mighty outcry (to no avail); but you could
have knocked me over with a feather.
