Dear sir (or Madam)
Can you please tell me who in the UK performed the first vasectomy and
how could they be so sure that it would be successfull and when and
where that operation was performed also how did it come about that it
would not impair a mans ability to have a full sexual relationship
with his partener and what are the risk and also how much does it
cost, and can you send me pictures of the internal procedure

yours faithfully

Sir Ashley Cooper in 1830.

The main risks are covered on
http://www.vasectomy-information.com/moreinfo/risks.htm

In the UK, the cost is covered by the NHS (unless you want to go private).
If you go and see your GP they will arrange for it, if you want to have it
done.

http://www.vasectomy-information.com/pictures/index.asp is an index that
links to various pictures and video's of the procedure.
http://www.vasectomy-information.com/pictures/photoindex.htm has pictures of
the recovery and later years.
