  Thanks, Susan, interesting information. Fro me, I think sugars and &lt;br&gt; cheap carbs triggers tinnitus and once in a while, it turns into &lt;br&gt; vertigo ending up with BPPV it seems. My ENT is not too helpful &lt;br&gt; here. I&#39;d like to change but the only good ones are in his group. &lt;br&gt; Discussion for another time. &lt;br&gt; Dave
