I sometimes get some relief from ibuprofen. I believe I have Meniere's
Disease and the ENT I have been to has been little or no help. I have cut
out almost salt, sugar, and caffeine which seems to help.

If you could alter the volume of your T sound by stretching your jaw
forward, chances would be that you are suffering from 'somatic
tinnitus' or tinnitus that results from muscle tension.
Try a chiro visit once a week and buy a massage machine to relax your
neck.
Thanks, that's something I will try......might help.

I was diagnosed as having Meneire's a few years back but I'm wondering
if they're no barking up the wrong tree. When they test for Meniere's
they put your head on the side, fill your ear with liquid then
straighten you up quick and watch your eyeballs quiver. My eyeballs
did indeed quiver. The thing is I can do the same thing by lieing
down and tilting my head forward a little. I'm starting to thick it's
related to my neck and also with my jaw. However, the ringing doesn't
change tone when I shift my jaw forward. Have been trying a splint
for the last three weeks.
