Is the an ultra quiet or quiet half height
refrigerator that can hold a fair amount of food that is available.

Make sure the refrigerator is never layed down and has always stood up
verticle while being shipped at all times. You will see this notice on the
shipping cartons and unit itself.

After the fridge arrives leave it vertical for the night before plugging it
in and/or turning it on. This will alow any disturbed lubricating fluids to
return to the compressor reservoir.

The lubricating fluids in a refigerator compressor can get lodged in the
refrigerant pipes and impair operation for the rest of it's life making it
extra noisey. Once the oil fluid gets pumped through the system, where it
doesn't belong, it can clog the thin piping and valves used for the system
instead of just being a coolant/lubricant for the compressor pump.
