I was wondering if someone could recommend a good support pillow that
can give my TMJ - Tinnitus jaw a good rest.

I have noticed that in the past when my jaw gets good support and a good
nights rest the tinnitus is reduced considerably.

Thanks in advance,

I don't find any of that "neck support" techniques work for me. The neck doe
not need to be supported as it is very thick and has very little weight. The
head, however, does need to be supported to keep the spine straight at
whatever height of pillow that takes. Supporting the neck means the head
flops over the bump, into the pit provided, and the spine becomes crooked.
This is exemplified by the neck pillows sold that are actually made for
people whose shoulders are the same width as their neck and heads. Not very
many can be found, in my culture.

Now, on your back sleeping is a different mechanical structure and this may
apply better. A sleeping technique/habit needs to be developed by each
person to remove the extra height when changing from his/her side to back
sleeping position. This can be accomplished with two well sized and firmness
pillows, two for the side positions and one for the back.

Above all, muscle flexibility helps tolerate a lot of transgressions against
one's body. This takes a correct diet, ensuring pH and mineral balances,
exercises and healthy mental attitude. Blufo does his/her best to correct
any hope newcomers have of maintaining the latter aspect. This keep the
group healthy with lots of input.

Man o' Man...poor Janice has TMJ too and every other illness thats
covered in the newsgroups. I don't know how he is alive...opps, maybe
I do from his GB and other fake cures. Too bad it hasn't cured his
x-gender problems...but maybe some day he can get "the operation" from
a he to a she.
