Is it OK??  Is it OK to tap dance and drink at the same time?  I've tried it
and the ice cubes keep jumping out of the glass....  Sorry about that, but
are you smiling yet?  The reason I want you to smile is that we need to
lighten up about the RULES.  Do what it takes for YOU to make it as
simple a process to get all the things YOU need.  If that involves taking
the 2 together, then do it.  The truth is that calcium is a mild
inhibitor to Synthroid absorption.  BUT, if you are consistent in how
you take them, no big deal, just that your Synthroid dose might be
slightly higher than otherwise.  Here are some more rules, deal with
them as you wish:  Best absorption of Synthroid will occur when it is
taken on an empty stomach (what does empty mean? use some imagination here,
you SHOULD be using a glass of water or juice...just not calcium-fortified
OJ etc...so that the pill will dissolve, otherwise 0.5h before eating AND/OR
2h after eating).  Best absorption of calcium is to take it WITH food.
Those rules are pretty much at odds with each other.  I take my Armour
WITH food, cuz that is what works for me.  YOU do what you've got to do.

I tried out a new 'speak your weight' machine the other day...
...It said "One at a time, please"
