Just to say thank you to this group who has helpled and loved me
enough that I am 13 years without cigarettes today. Thank you so much!
It is also my AA birthday today (23 years) so it is a double blessing.
I cannot help but cry, from gratefulness, for this freedom of
bondage...

congratulatons!! Its neat that both are on the same day. Mine is close.
July6 I will be 2 years smokefree and on July 16 will be 9 years sober in AA
One year, eight months, four weeks, one day, 11 hours, 0 minutes and 43
seconds. 31922 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,565.27. Life saved: 15
weeks, 5 days, 20 hours, 10 minutes.

The first week was the most difficult I found. The guidelines on AS3 helped me a lot to get over that.
