CT From 2 packs per day for 50 years!!!
Amazing. I just can't believe what a non-event it has been.
No cravings, no irritability etc. Really no doubt in my mind that it is
permanent simply because I have zero desire to smoke.
I had a pack with two cigarettes in it on my coffee table when I quit.
They are still there as a sort of talisman.

Knowing how tough I'd found quitting before I wish I could offer advice
based on latest experience. However, I can't. I had no real intention to
quit, no plan of any kind and no strategy - just thought "the hell with
it - I'll quit"
