Congratulations! On both the eight months, and the booze. That's fantastic.

I loved reading the first part of your post and I am so happy for your
success but I do not like the second part,

I don't know a single person in AS3 who would wish anyone to slip. We
are here for each other and help each other and celebrate each others
success. Any successfull quit is also a success to AS3.

Actually, he's correct. There were a few here who stated right out
that they hoped he would fail. IMO he deserved the sentiment.

IMO, nobody deserves that sentiment -- even though Cheeky was being a
total asshole at the time.

Good for you. Alcohol is easier to handle than nicotine for most
people, so hopefully you won't be as uncomfortable.

You deserve a few things also, I just won't waste the time to post them Sue
as there is much more to life than you.

PB, I wasn't slamming ANYONE who has slipped up, sheesh it could be me but
it won't!
I turned in to an ex smoking Nazi even though I swore not too, but if I
scream get away from me you smoke I get much support.

Eldon I was in the hosp 2.5 days for respitory problems (Them thinking
heart) and had minor withdrawls..
I need 5 days detox to be safe and the tough part is finding a rehab where
it's only drinkers and no bible thumpers.

Well, look around and fine one, or try doing the detox yourself.
Wouldn't want to see you turn out like George Bush.

You mean the world doesn't revolve around me? Dammit. My mother was
wrong. So tell me anyway...c'mon. What do I deserve? Please tell
me!!! I wanna know. Whatever it is will you send it to me in the
mail? Or do I have to come pick it up? Maybe you could deliver it.
Is it blue? Blue is my favorite color. Chocolate's good. I really
like chocolate. I'm sure I deserve some. Well, I hope you can find
it in your heart to tell me what I deserve cuz I'm really excited
about it.
Sue -who knows herself well enough that when she quit and said she
would never become a anti-smoking Nazi was correct - so far.
Three years, eight months, two days, 20 hours, 58 minutes and 16
seconds. 44347 cigarettes not smoked, saving $7,384.14. Life saved: 21
weeks, 6 days, 23 hours, 35 minutes.

It's really not as bad as others I saw and even one of my doctors joked with
me about it and knows I know the deal.
Just not smart to quit without cardio docs watching me as I've had heart
problem and a history of seizures.
I just might check in anywhere 12/25 as I hate Xmas. LOL
