Hi Arlene <or Booger lol> welcome to AS3, pull up a chair and make yourself
comfortable. We all quit by different methods....cold turkey, gum, patches,
inhalators, zyban, hypnotism, acupuncture, standin' on our head in the
corner singing silly songs, stapling chickens to our forehead, drinking
vinegar, you name it most of us have tried it lol. But the one biggest thing
we have in common is that we *want* to quit :) not we need to, we ought to,
or we should but we *want* to and we also want to do it for ourselves :)
This is a wonderful place for support and encouragement Booger and I hope
you'll take the plunge into smokefreedom soon :) It's not going to be an
easy ride, the water does get choppy from time to time but we'll all help
you as much as we can. It won't be easy as you live with a smoker but others
here have done it and they'll give you lots of advice :)
padders (º¿º)
One month, one day, 7 hours, 33 minutes and 22 seconds.
