I did not just smoke one cigarette -- I smoked two. I was apparently
drinking gobs of something vodkaish too - it tasted great in the dream!
I kept thinking "Oh noes, I fucked up and have to go report to AS3." I
was crying and just all around pissed off until my ex-husband appeared
and then I realized that it was only a dream.
I watered down the pack of cigs and threw them away and woke up.
Interesting how at almost 6 years quit (with no smoking dream in years)
- that out of the blue and for no reason it appeared again. I honestly
think that once having been a smoker has set a certain part of my brain
to be receptive to this addiction and forever vulnerable -- if only in a
dream.
Phewwwwwwwww

I think that is right, like it makes changes in the brain that will
always want nicotine. Thankfully it isn't often for me, but it does
come out in dreams at times.

Two years, two weeks, 1 hour, 35 minutes and 42 seconds. 0 cigarettes
not smoked, saving $0.00. Life saved: 0 minutes.
I wonder if you can figure out what triggered it.
Interesting. From time to time, I have a dream where I'm smoking, but
it isn't the main focus. I'm just in a situation talking to people and
doing it automatically as I used to do.
Ewwwwww Yuck!
Yah, I wonder what triggers these
randomly. And after so many years Bev.
You may be onto something though about
your brain theory.
