thanks to AS3, today i celebrate 13 yrs as an ex-smoker!

i remember that "the first puff" will do me in and send me to the
local store to buy a pack! (i come to AS3 to remind myself of this
fact daily)

love to you all for helping save my life, and remember READ AND POST!

13 is definitely a lucky number -- not that I mean that luck had anything to
do with your accomplishment rather, it was 13 years of dedication and hard
work.

i used patches, wellbutrin, ODAAT and AS3..................a winning
combination!

posting daily was something i learned in AS3 when i first started, and
it worked like a charm!
stay accountable to the group on a daily basis and your days will add
up!

Woo Hoo Rosie! I started a quit that same day you did, but alas it
turned out to be yet another learning experience that lead up to this
final successful one I have now. But I still remember the "New Year
Babies" and seeing so many of us working to stay smober. Your success
is a great achievement and I do agree, reading & posting make this
