I haven't been around for a while, but I plan to change that. The
number of times I've quit is only surpassed by the number of times
I've started (by 1). But I made it through week one with little
difficulty. I'm on the patch (again) and only had a few cravings,
none of them severe. I will be checking in from time to time,
probably more frequently during the early months. Take care and happy
New Year to all!

Cheers,
Rob
(got my new meter :-)

I have not smoked for one week, 18 hours, 53 minutes. That's 263
cigarettes I've not smoked. The $63.79. I've saved will to toward lift
tickets on my ski trip in January!

nice job Rob, one week down.
Happy New year to you too and it looks like it will be a smoke free
year for you.

Woo Hoo Rob! FWD is always the hardest and you have that past you
now. You have been here before and do know what to do, simply don't
smoke! The longer you stay smober the better it gets so keep on
adding days and do read and post as much as you need! So, sit back
and enjoy as The Original Yodeling Gnomes head your way, along with
Horace, the Huffing Hogg, to sing songs of smobriety to help you
celebrate this wonderful milestone!

Two years, ten months, two weeks, six days, 1 hour, 46 minutes and 37
seconds. 21081 cigarettes not smoked, saving $6,324.44. Life saved: 10
weeks, 3 days, 4 hours, 45 minutes.

Thanks, Wayne. Actually, 95% of the time, it feels very great. I can
deal with the other 5% :-)

Cheers,
