Iran is a very strange place. Because of the laws against homosexuality, a
lot of gay men are forced to falsely claim to be transsexuals to avoid
prosecution. After they complete the process they find that they are not at
all happy being women. It is an unfortunate situation that shows what a
load of crap Blanchard's theories really are.
