Very nicely done - especially on such short notice. I hope that it takes off .
SuggestionS
- lose the weird squiggly font on the title - change it to something a
bit less "gothy" looking and something more standard and easier to look
at

- The wheat field banner is pretty generic - must be from a template
because it seems that I've seen that a lot before. Might want to
change that to something else

- reorder links at top of the page for a more optimum experience- place
"privacy, terms of use and site stats at bottom of the page (because
people rarely click on them ). PLace more frequently used items like
Faq and Links first and less frequently used items like RSS last. No
more than 5-6 links total in a single menu line

- consider moving menu links underneath banner page for consistency
with current industry standards

- remove link "advanced search at top of page as it duplicates function
of "advanced search" under search box
