hi

How do you see yourself hwen you are 80?

I see myself as a frog with bitter hate about the lost oppurtunities
of life. When i am 80 I would have wished I done things differently
(like our dispute in here with the other 2 pesons). So that is scary.
I now know how I will be in 80 years and I am preparing myself for the
big last depression taht will kill me.
But at least, my shyness will be killed too. That is a good thing.

But maybe I will do just fine, have kids.....be a supergrandfather.
Who knows/ And that makes me wanna stay and see what happens. You
never know.

ps: when I am a grandfather I hope that I will still use my all-time
frase: Shyness is still beautifull at that age! lol

I have a sincere ambition to be completely ECCENTRIC!!! I want to wear a
HUGE floppy hat, and wear outrageous green and pink striped trousers and go
round on roller skates and laugh at everything.

I really don't want to become one of these "old" people. I want to stay
"young" until the day I die!!!

Yea, stay young, FOREVERMORE! ...is my own key phrase, too.

Like I'm now 40...and, am going to more martial arts lessons, than when I was
younger...and, feeling far too scared to go there?!

I also go to other keep fit...such as Yoga/-etc. Again, I only started doing
this at age 40(not that I wasn't interested in it, before-just feeling far too
scared!).

I've signed up to go to college...and, do art...my fav. subject in the whole
wide world! But, when I was younger...I thought...why even bother to go do
art...I'm only a mere beginner mediocre artist...so, I'm NOT, really and truly,
talented. But, as I've grown older...I thought, to hell with it all, if this is
what I do most like to do...then, life is all about ENJOYMENT...so, I'm going
to do it, anyway. Thus, I went and signed up at college to do 3 art courses...

1>Painting on China (drawing on ceramics)
2>Art Workshop (still life/-etc.)
3>Life Drawing (drawing from model)

And, I plan, -in the future- to go and take on more...swimming(something I
never yet learnt-leading to deep water phobia!).../and, gymnastics(fear of
heights, and, falling).../and, so on...

At 40+ years old...I even went and ran a full lap -(without stopping...I used
to stop a lot...until with sufficient regular training...I found one day I
didn't want to stop...but, just keep on going to prove to myself I CAN do
it...)- of Brockwell Park...which is around a mile wide in circumference. Now,
I never tried doing that when I was younger, neither.

So, this just means to me...that as one grows old...one doesn't necessarily
have to loose all of one's fitness. In fact, if we work at it, seriously...our
fitness can, actually, get to increase!

Of course, I feel most awfully MAD at myself...for NOT trying out doing any of
these things when I was far younger, still. But, what the hell can I do about
that, now??? Absolutley nothing!!! So, why STRESS about it, I say...just get on
with life...and, get up and go DO IT...whilst you are still ALIVE!

F**K the past. Just concentrate on the NOW...and, learn to both fully
appreciate, and, live being in the NOW...and, concentrate only on one thing,
alone...which is to be as HAPPY as you possibly can be...(doing ALL of the
things you ALWAYS wanted to do...but, didn't do, before)!!!/;-)

In the future, even at age 40...I intend to go and, buy myself a pair of
roller skates/and, a skateboard...and, learn to skate. I even hope one day to
go to an ice skating rink...and, learn to skate on ice, too. All things which
when younger...I was, quite simply, far too SCARED to do...

/-etc.

Hello O_Zean,

At least you are optimistic by expecting to make it all the way to 80.
I hope you do.

yeah,

I want to be liek michele or mruk. Just enjoy life NOW. That is a good
life lesson. Do what you think makes you happy.

If you were a painting, what painting wouold you be? You are 40 and
very young. Do what you like and f* the rest. If you want to do yoga
or meditation, do it.
If you want to get naked and become a model, do it! If you want to
wear women clotehs, do it! If youw want to try out acting, do it.
acting is a great way to get more confidence. You can wear masks to
hide your red face. lol. I want to do acting one day. I voice chat in
yahoo sometiems which opens me more and I can learn the English
language from there. Great! And I am 26. I love to make music and make
an album about shyness. the best shyness album ever!

Well, I got to admit that if you never said anything about you trying to learn
the English language...; then, I would have sworn you were a native born
English speaker...; because, the way you write English it seems to me to be
perfectly fluent, and, quite clearly, understandable.

>>>
And I am 26.
<<<

26...wow!

They say, you never truly know what you got until when it's long gone!

What I would do to be able to wind back time, and, be 26, again!

That would mean me loosing 14 years, at least, from my current age 40.

At 26 I recall I felt like being in my absolute prime!

>>>

<<<

I 'wish' I could make music!

I can't play any musical instrument, atall.

So, one of these days, I intend to enroll on a college course that teaches me
both how to read music/as well as, how to play a musical instrument...probably,
something simple and cheap like a recorder...as being unemployed I doubt I'd be
able to afford to buy a really grand musical instrument(piano/-etc.)...which I
imagine must cost 100's/if not 1000's?!

GOOD LUCK!/;-)
