My problem is the opposite of yours. (I think) I get too much deep
sleep, and get many, many heavy nightmares.
So what made my situation worse, might make your better: Tryptophan.
Tryptophan is probably available in your country as an over-the-counter
supplement. I took the recommended dose of 1 capsule of 400mg (and 10mg
vitamin B6) per day.
