well, ... so what about men?
I would guess that, since vigorous physical activity is going to be
associated with lower body fat and lower blood sugar levels, it is
going to associate with all sorts of better health.
also the reverse is true - once you're fat and skin is falling off you
don't exercise as much, so yeah, but then there might not be ANY real
causal link at all, it's all negative.
science can be so complicated, ... :)
