I am getting mixed rezults on Pagano's diet so far, and I can't say
that I am sticking to the letter of the rest of hiz program, so I
thot I would redo some part of it better.

In Pagano, it's three dayz. For some reason, I do not remember
Pagano explicitly implicating the liver and kidneys, perhaps because
psoriasis sufferers hav sub-clinical dizeaze, meaning that standard
tests would yield negative rezults, and more sensitive tests would
yield only a statistical pozitive. Either that, or sensitive tests
yield negatives, too.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21505751 Kidney dizeaze iz
associated with psoriasis, though.

"Many kidney diseases are treated with medication, such as steroids,
DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs), anti-hypertensives
(many kidney diseases feature hypertension). Often erythropoietin
and vitamin D treatment is required to replace these two hormones,
the production of which stagnates in chronic kidney disease."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/nephrology

In any case, healing kidney damage seems to be rather difficult, so
that time and increased water intake would be the main treatment for
anything in nephrology. I found a link to something on fasting,
which iz probably medicine more alternative than Pagano.
http://www.fasting.ws/juice-fasting/fasting-stories-and-testimonies/kidney-liver-damage-leg-muscle_spasms-tiredness-loss-sex-drive-poor-memory-deppression

For most of us accustomed to meat, vejan fasting iz not much easier,
except you get the fibre, which probably produces a lot less toxins
in decompozition (by definition of fibre, microbial decompozition,
only) than fish, for example, so the fibre in apples iz probably the
next best thing to an enema; probably better, because apple fibre
can occupy not only the colon, but the small and large intestinez.

I wunder if I can find that case history where dialysis caused
temporary psoriasis remission.

I screwed up about seven times. I am a creature of habit, so I guess
it would've been easier for me to one-at-a-time adopt habits that
were Pagano in nature (like I wuz doing, only with more patience);
easier than dropping all eating habits and eating nothing but
Apples, anyway. Here goes another seven days to eat enough apples to
satisfy (and avert) my cravings for doughnuts, potatos chips
(baked), and ceasar chicken.

During this process, I realized that it's practical to drink six
litres of water in a day, and that's probably a simple and effective
treatment for sub-clinical kidney disease. I hav not confirmed that
my case is kidney disease. I only suspect that since I've lived on
coffee and nicotine for many days (months?) in the last twenty, that
kidney disease explains why Silymarin (from Milk Thistle) stopped
working for me in late December or so.

Among the idiosyncrasies of my case, are cuts on the insides of my
hands, at the joints (that's what led me to suspect liver disease in
the first place). One cut was particularly large, recent and
bothersome, and it _wuz_ on the distal (outer?) side of my hand, at
the joint between my little finger and my palm. You can see that
it's still a bright shade of pink -- where it was divoted into my
meat. It iz healing very fast, and I did not take a photo of it it
before. It's still pretty bad, though, especially in the photo.

http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psor_cut_before.jpg 891kB.
My appologies for the lack of focus. My camera does not do manual
focus. I would've cropped it, too, and the focus looked even worse
without context.

At this point, that one sign is very promising to me that drinking
about four to six litres of water per day is a good idea, because I
still haven't managed to strictly adhere to a Five Day Apple Diet.
The water makes me cold (it should be cold for a maximum rate of
absorption), so I have raised the temperature in this place to about
25C.

That's the part that iz not clearly psoriasis. It's just related,
much like the ekzema on my calves. Similar problems, same ultimate
cause; probably sub-clinical kidney disease.

This iz an update on that shot of my little finger and part of my
palm with "psor-cuts". They came about two years after psoriasis on
my right arm came. They are not really psoriasis. They are just
related to the liver-driven part of my condition, and if my liver iz
dizeazed, that iz probably secondary to kidney dizeaze. You'll see
in my first shot a pink area that iz larger than my lesions. In my
second shot, you'll see that the part at my joint haz regressed to a
divot, and it's considerably smaller than the pink area of my before
shot (which reflects how big the divot wuz about two weeks ago).
Comparatively, you'll see a brownish area in the lower part, out of
my palm, that iz ready to peel. Tumour Necrosis Factor Alpha had its
way with my epidermis, there. That lesion iz smaller than it wuz two
weeks ago (you can tell how big that wuz from the pink area in my
before shot). I expect that next week you will hav trouble telling
that lesions were there in the first place.

(A one step photo fix from PSP makes my before shot quite ugly).
http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psor_cut_1wk.jpg 167kB.

Since Randall isn't sure I hav psoriasis, and since a colour change
in it means that it might go away before psor-cuts in my hands, a
shot of my arm iz here:
http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psoriasis_arm.jpg 374kB.
I recently washed and rubbed off some malformed skin and dried
weepij, so you might see new beads of blood and weepij on it.

About 35 days ago, I posted this:
http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psor_cut_before.jpg 891kB.
A week later, I posted this:
http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psor_cut_1wk.jpg 167kB.
This is 43 days after my first shot:
http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psor_cut_43d.jpg 72kB.
There haz been one more cycle, albeit small, of necrosis.

The most significant and consistent element of what I am doing is
drinking 3540mL of grape juice cocktail per day (diluted at 4:1 from
frozen concentrate for economic reasons over taste), although on
even days (or thereabouts) I drink two tablespoons of sugar with a
heaping teaspoon of Turmeric in a 355mL mug of water after boiling
it for 140s in a microwave oven (and then icing it). And on those
same days I dissolve and boil two tablespoons of sugar with a
heaping teaspoon of Slippery Elm, again in a 355mL mug (drink after
icing).
For a week or two during that period, I wuz eating about 355mL of
cranberries every day, and in the last two weeks I've eaten about
five seedless watermelons.

http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psoriasis_arm.jpg 374kB.
http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/img/psoriasis_arm_36d.jpg 414kB.

I hav yet to spend five days eating nothing but apples, and at this
rate, I do not think I will.

Psoriasis on my arm haz been with me for about five years, and I
suspect that when it goes away, so will the rest. In my recent
picture are more decisive white channels among red.

I wuz eating about six milk thistle (60% liquid silymarin) jel-caps
every other day for about two years. That stopped working in
December (hence, I believe that my psoriasis is sub-clinical liver
and kidney disease), and then there wuz a massive flare-up in
January (extending to my calves, under my kness, and my cheeks by
late February). Only recently hav I acquired the discipline to
follow Pagano's diet more closely than in March. I hav also managed
to quit coffee altogether after finding that I hav become allergic
to it, at least as far az inflammation in my thighs and my wrists
are concerned.

Psoriasis and Ekzema hav the same cause. What's on my calves, face,
and hands iz more like Ekzema. Only the patch on my arm is vulgaris,
and I believe that the manifestation of disease haz more to do with
where it occurs then what causes it. That psoriasis is an autoimmune
disorder is a misleading truth. The reason psoriatic immune systems
are dealing with poorly differentiated keratinocytes iz because they
grew in a polluted medium.

At the present time, the conditions of: my ear lobes, behind my
ears, my cheeks, and under my knees are better than they were about
a month ago, and that's what tells me I am headed in the right
direction.

Pagano haz a kyuur. No way iz to make it into a placebo-controlled,
double-blind crossover clinical trial. How can you be blind to your
food?

Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.

So, after about sixty dayz into a diet that iz more strictly
vejetarian than it wuz, after also cutting out coffee, and drinking
about 3.54L of juice per day, combined with spurious Cranberry
consumption (about 1200g in sixty dayz), Turmeric consumption (about
300g in 60d), and Milk Thistle consumption (about 240 jel caps in
60d), my arm iz getting noticeably better. It iz not weeping az
much. It iz not bleeding az much, and the colour of my skin there is
a decidedly paler shade of pink. All of those pictures are shortly
after a bath. The rest of my psoriasis is going about the same way;
much less moisture and bleeding, and a little more area.
