It's still too warm to wear long sleeves. My 15-yr-old would
figure out why my arm was bandaged to hide it. If not, I'd have
been cutting a week ago. It's very hard to hold off.

you get your intake for the day program, right? I hope it goes well
and they can get you in ASAP. I also hope it really helps you.

each time I've been through it, probably at least 20 times over
the past 13 years. The program and the clinicians are superb.
The only problem I have is in the occupational therapy group,
which is usually an education group in which I've seen most of
the topics presented. The worksheets, when we have them, still
help though, as that changes somewhat every time I'm there.
