http://slim2005.blogspot.com/2005/10/brumleby-autumn.html
when I walked it in August I had to sit down lots of times
http://slim2005.blogspot.com/2005/08/walking-6-kilometer-3-34-miles.html
168.2 Kg last week
today 164.6 kg 363 lbs or 25 stone 13lbs
down 3.6 kg or 7 lbs 14 oz
to be healthy I need to halve this but I will settle for 100 kg in a
year or two

Yes, I've been following your blog, and I thought that was a pretty
good achievement. What's the terrain like? I don't know a lot about
Denmark, but it looks esentially flat in your snaps (not much of that
around here). Interesting pictures of bicycles, too, I particularly
liked the one with the sheep.
I'm trying to focus on doing some walking every day, getting better but
haven't really got the habit back yet. It's complicated by living at
the uphill end of a dead-end street, which means that if I don't want
to finish with a tough climb, I have to drive somewhere first. But on
the other hand that gives me the excuse to go to all the nice parks and
reserves that I enjoy so much.

Bravissimo! That's great progress for just one week.
