You can laugh if you want, but this is classic bad reporting.
If you take even the lowest level "Stats for Poets" class,
they'll tell you at least 100 times that "Correlation is
not causation." I have no doubt that those who did the
study never said "Big bellies _cause_ dementia." That
implication was added by the idiot reporter. (And you're
nothing but a cheerleader.)
