Energy saving package

I can get an energy saving package worth 96 euros for free, because I
live on welfare. How sweet. It is in cooperation with our electricity
company. (they also provide gas, which is a much bigger part of our
energy bill, but they say you can save a lot on electricity, which isn't
true, because it's damn cheap, compared to gas.)
It includes:
4 energy saving lamps
1 water saving hose for the shower
1 tv standby killer
a night LED light
WOW!!! (that for 96 euros??? this is something they need to dump, and
they want to make it sound like a Christmas gift, only to receive this
week)
All i have to do is bring this letter to the desk of the town hall and I
will get it.
Just when I watched my grandparents photo album with Distribution cards
of WW II, some weeks ago. They could get fuel, shoes, food, etc with
these cards. This letter is just like we are at war again with the
nazis. OR!!! They want to make us feel guilty:
I am particularly struck by this sentence in the letter:
By means of this letter we want to make you CONSCIOUS about our
environment and the energy we can save.
LIKE I AM A DUMB ASSHOLE WHO NEVER READS THE NEWS ETC!!!!!!!!!!!
LIKE ME, WITH AN UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT SHOULD GET EDUCATION ABOUT OUR
ENVIRONMENT AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT. AND I AM THE ONE AMONGST ALL THOSE
OTHER PPL WHO ARE HAVING A BENEFIT, WHO SHOULD FEEL GUILTY ABOUT OUR
ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS!!!
REST IN PEACE/SLEEP, YOU FUCKING CIVIL SERVANT WHO WRITES THIS LETTER TO
ME.
I should bring my family photo album to the desk...and show a picture of
a family member who grew up here in this town, who died in Mauthausen
concentration camp. Then show this woman the Distribution cards that
were given to my grandfather and grandmother.....and then say: Are you
trying to make us feel responsible of the environment now???????????????
iS THIS SOME SORT OF DISTRIBUTION CARD???
We should get EDUCATED?????????? While this fucking moron, who signs
this letter, earns a 6 figure income, lives in a house that gets'
automatically heated at 7 am so he can step out of bed and enter a warm
house, while I have no heating in my bathroom, no heating in my bedroom,
kitchen etc. I have to get up at 6:30 , then put on the gas heater etc.

Here, we got this for free as in zilch cost a few years back.
No tv stand-by though, which wudl have been neat, because the package was
aoofered y the gas company for things related to gas savings then.
Hot water beign gas in my place (and heating: not stove), I then was given
a shower head that saved on water cons. to save osts.
On some days I miss the other shower head and think o swithing back., It
is not so much the water volume, that oen is fine, but the different
chices of jet sprays that are too narro, and yet I am not fat. Just am
tall where beign closer to shwoer head makes it so that I have to twirl
and move under the shower head to wet one body side or part of a side at
once. When washing hair, when hair is long, much of a prob in that you
ened to rinse so long that in the end I doubt it saves any water.
Must say thought that I hardly ever run out of hot water in longer
showers, where I used to before, so must be working.
We also were given all sorts of things like sticky foam to put under
doorsteps to save from cold drafts (heating costs and gas cons.), etc.
