Hey Eerie.
How they hangin'?
Yeah well, I'd like to see him say so yourself, if you don't mind;-):)
Hi ya!!
Was putting order in my work e-box and found a few in there that already
almost felt like memories..
I was about to put your face on milk quarts:)
Guess life is well and swell, and that no news is good news??? I sure hope
so!:)
Any news on that exam you had, btw, some public service exam, was it?
If so....How did you do?
Better than you feared..?

Well, my offline real world life has been as dull as ever, however life
online has become slightly more interesting lately. :P

Well, no surprise, I failed the numeracy part.
I hate math!
I guess next time I could study more than 2 minutes for the test.
I did okay for the rest of it.

:) Precisely;-)

But now you know their tests....
AND the ride there and the line ups and all to be prepared for a next time.
AND you got more online life:), which can perk the spirits up:), and make
a huge difference, too:)

It is nice.
If I could only merge my life online with my life offline.
Maybe someday I'll do a bit of travel and visit some of my online
friends in person!
That'll be a nice way to merge offline with online.
Canada might be a nice place to visit.
I've gotta go to New York in the US too tho, for reasons I'm not
sharing right now. :)

Actually, that would be offline life (the scary real world).
It was good to get out and face some fears.

:) Yep, visiting can be nice and fun, and join the useful or the duty wiht
the pleasure:).
Many penpals visited me on their way to meet soem reason in whatever US
city they coudl not """share the reason for right now"";-).
Say, of it can help, you coudl also say that you are to visit a penfriend
in Canada, and might take the occasion to meet her while you are on the
continent. Someitmes sounds less scary or less pushy, too, and can also
allow to see someoen in the flesh before 75 more years go by:).
If I had one thing to say about (romantic) penships and meeting, I;d say "meet
asap".
It avoids building false impressions and havign to work *through* them, and
can simplify things greatly.

I know. But our feeligns and self esteem are also affected by online
life....Wghere sicne yours sems to be on the upper part of the hill,
then maybe it can make the real life fears be less intense, for havign
soem balm to put on it, and some nice sustaining thoughts and feeligns
to carry you out in daily RL too:)

In order to defeat the armies of darkness you need a good lawyer, which in
actual fact means a bad lawyer. But I've found a rusty claw hammer is just
as good in the short term. Have you come into my usenet world to OT me into
life? Please say yes.
Um...Okay. I mean yes. So how are you on our post-American holiday?
I'm really feeling well. The weather's been good. We had a bank holiday
recently which just slipped by without my noticing it much - as I don't work
it doesn't make any difference one way or the other.
I had a mental meltdown yesterday with one of my neighbours but I forgot to
take my potato peeler with me, so I couldn't do any irreparable damage.
Thankfully. (I guess).
My cat is still alive and on drugs.
I'm looking forward to the Chloe's birthday party, of course I'm expecting
it'll be fancy dress... I already have my costume:
http://www.boysstuff.co.uk/images/prod_zoom_center/ballerina_suit_centre_500
_56976.jpg
What will you be wearing?
Oh, Free Loaders!!!:)
Poeple not working preparign the bday and comign to free load! I
forgotabout those: we DO need some! BUT we need someoen to make whatever
they might wanna free load on!
So okay.
Sklenge and Eerie are now in charge of the catering. I.e. making hors
d'ouvres and bouchees and egg sndhiches and whatever might attract free
loaders, as we need free loaders to be tempted to come, else it wonlt be a
real regular super party;-)
You cna make whatever you want for amuse-gueules and snacks, so long as
yummyliciously tempting, of course.
As for the dress code, bah. How about everyoen comes as a smurf and we
gotta guess a smurf waht (or is that "what the smurf"...?;-))
I'll be the smurfer of attention, of course, since it is my bday:)
That is, a blue costume with a very shy red head:)
Sklenge will be the Tutu-schmurf....That is, a blue costume with very
pointy shoes:)
Eeerie will be the bah-humbug Schmurf...I.e. the only one not wearing blue
of course;-).
Michaela could be the Quest Schmurf. All in blue, with wings made in
question mark and exclamation signs:).
KrosRogue, the Lefthanded schmurf (whatever blue costume that is,
just wear to your left LOL:)) (or would that be to his right if
lefthanded??? Pfft).
David, the Schmurfengood Brother.
Monster, the Romantismurf. All in blue, but with tights on and a
mandoline, eheheh:)
Ghost, the RainOrShine Smurfriend. All in blue, and always a warm smile on
his face:)
OTS woudl be the Galactic Smurf.
Etc etc. Of course, anyone can be the smurf they want, and don't have to
eb that one I just said just to give examples.
The idea of being cartoon carachters is also a neat one....
Which woud you rpefer it to be, poeple? Cartoon characters (all famous
easy ones that everyone can recognize) or Smurfs?
Whatever it is, Sklenge and Eeerie are now makign the shndwhicheshesj and the
other snacks:)

Well I can only cater for vegetarians. So someone else will have to man the
barbie-queue to flombay the animal flesh.
How does a huge chocolate fondue sound?
Hm. I better keep that lil wooden gate opened, then:) Else you coudl
accidentally rampage through the gazebo...It IS a small yard:)

Sounds beat anyway, yeah, make those!:)
Gotto work now!:)
I'll be at work all day Thursday and then I will be out for the evenign

Sure thing (riiiight:))
I used to bug my oldest brother to death telling my sibblings he;d look
great in a tutu when he woudl get on my nerves. That woudl irritate him mute:)
as everyoen coudl not help but laugh, imagining him in a pink tutu and
tights, at 6 ft 2 and 280 pounds or so:). Somehow, that comment he never

They woudl not even have noticed. Entrees and snacks are rarely meat, if I
heard some love to have mini weiners as hors d'oeuvre. Yuk. How hiot-dog
can they get???? Pfft:)
Like "Hmmm, mini weiners!!!!! Awwww right!"????? I think not:)

So long as you find fruits to dip in it that are not too sour in contrast.
I don't liek starwberries in chocolate cause of the shock of the sweet
chocolate then super bitter strawberries, by contrast...
BTW, there is a tradition I
started after readign Asterix in my family and kept with Kiddo and
everyoen after: whoever drops anythign in the fondue must be soaked wet,
i.e. thrown in a lake, a pool or a bathtub. All dressed, of course:):).

If it's video games I'd come as sonic the hedgehog. I think you're thinking
of Lara Croft. I bet OTS would come as Strongbad.

banana, ginger cake, pear, mango, pineapple,
strawberries and orange (sorry but others must be catered for. I'll do two
fondues so you can avoid the citrus.)

I think that was Asterix in Switzerland. We can use your swimming pool.
You xspect me to eat one-day old bread? Or are you just
getting the sand together in preparation so long?

Tomorrow thursday, yes.
I have a supper in the evenign with my son, but sicne he drives right back
to Montreal, I take it we will not end it too late. Still, evenign for me
is night for you....Just go on in your time zone, whatever your schedule

Yeah, that one:) Was nto too far wth Laura:) Me and amnesia of names:)
Good guessing, Sklenge!:)
Dunno what Strongbad looks like, btu I am sure he;d do anythign to hook up
with Lara, yes LOL:)

I can not BREATH the scent. It inducaes serious respiratory problems. I
choke, simply. Anbd any contact of any of it in the air with my skin will
provoke severe problems, killing glands of the skin, and provoking burn
like crusts....You dontlw ant that in your fondue, trust me:):)
But you coudl have it outdoors on the gazebo, if you peled it all before
you take it over:).
Can;t at it either, needlesss to dsay. The major problem with that allergy
is that I can not even breath the smell of it, which poeple can not
understand in RL and give not one toot about, as I fight for my life to
try and breath in.....

Me and titles, again.
Any sort of generic, name, be it a band, a person, a book title, a song
title, an era name a movement in history/arts name.....That part stayed
weak and a half after the amnesia accident, if it yet improived a LOT thse
last years. Same with faces. Makes it hard to recognize poeple on the
street that I yet might be missing dearly since ages for all the other
memories associated with "them" but not by name nor face....

It's derived from a sibling's term of endearment... you know, I'm half blind
so therefore I'm technically a cyclops. How he laughed... sorry, I mean, how
we laughed!

Not nice to endure. My m-i-l is allergic to malt. So no malt whisky for her.
She has a thyroid thing too.

Well I'll ditch the citrus then, it sounds like far too much hard work. Let
them eat cake.

interested.

He's on a diet so he's not allowed in the kitchen. Anyway, I didn't think he
was invited! He'll be thrilled... if I can drag him away from his
hobbies/work and things.
> I could always whip up some chocolate mousse kebabs if anyone's interested.
I'm very interested. Oh, wait a sec. I thought you said chocolate mouse
kebabs.
It's here!!!:)
I feel all older and a wreck too! It must be the real date then....;-)
Hmpfft. We are having the tail of a tornado and the same rain as Georgia
had, all day. Pooring deluge! Gotta take all them things indoors and
pack up in the house!
Sorry for those who crossed the Atlantic...How grand of yous to cross
tornados and typhoons just for me!!
Here are towels, the shower is upstairs to your left. We can always have a
party there, in our baithing suits, 4 in at a time or more if it fits:),
then dry by the fireplace, watching it fall outdoors...
No kidding I will be calling my kid and begging him to NOT take the road,
as there will be accidents slowing them down and making it a nightmare
both ways, sicne they call for that same heavy rain throughout the day and
evening and part of the night....Sort of saks a walk on the Market in
Ottawa to find a restaurant, that. If he insists to come, they both will
be staying here until it calms down, nah!
Yay, that;s the ticket!! Everyoen will be stranded here for days!:):)
Partyign on....
Those who have not left yet, perhaps you could make more stuff to eat and
survive on ands bring blankets, foam mattress and the likes. I have room
for...let's see...Two, four, six, eight, at two per double bed plus couch
being a hide-a-bed type, and with putting my bedroom mattress on the floor
to let two more sleep on the box spring. I got a double foam mattress
rolled in the basement, so ten. Then a one place not too comfy yoga mat,
but neats the floor directly, so that makes it 11 sleeping spots. Igf you
get three per double bed, we can make that 20 plus sleeping spots.
Got a couch in the basement, that the guys coudl carry up, not the heavy
type if long, would sleep one more. Two if one does not mind sleeping on
the couch wihtout the cushions, which could be put on the ground to sleep
another. Sleeps now 22. Oh yeah, same with cushions from hide-a-bed, now 23.
Sorry, can;t have the new couch delivered today in that rain....
So glad Monster fixed them pipes in the basement: with that rain, it might
flow from the city pipes to the basement otherwise....
Yawn...Anyone feel like breakky? None for me thanks, never am hungry at 6
A.M....
Morning, world!:)
Tsst! It;s my bday today!!!!:)

Just like Kerr076 (whatever) he's gone and set up camp up some remote
mountain in the middle of Nova Scotia. If it's all the same to you, him and
everyone else I think I'll just crash in the aviary, it looks so comfy!

Interesting, that. Shoudl pay attention to malt. If only I knew what it
hides in.....Save beer, not a clue, and I noticed that beer does not at
all fveel the same way on the body, and started thinking it definitely not
good with Graves. Not as in "not good anyway for any health", more of a
very odd rreaction sort of thing...even with only a few sips, the body
feels ill, as in fighting some ailment suddenly...
Note that people with thyroid problems can for many tend to develop more
and more allergies. At least so is the case with Graves where the immune
system is exacerbated, where allergies are liek a side effect of that in
that case. But a sister of mine has no thyroid, and developed so mnay
allergies, she can hardly eat anythign anymore....

Now now.
Just dotch the citrus and leave Monster do the cake without tellign anyone
how to eat it all;-)
The rest sounds just fone, just replace the citrus (ornages) with
something else, like the miodfinger of the person sittign to the left or
somethign:)
