Thanks!

Slept till 11:30. Unusual for me, but was dead tired.
In fact, Belami woke me up, crying in a worried way that I slept thrugh.

When I did wake up, I was amaed at how sick I was. Not sicker than the day
before I woudl say, but...Not playing ignoring it to get t work on uty ad
survival mode. I could elt that mode and gard down, and feel the full
blown affect in the lung.

I finally just did tat dry musrtard thing. Half dry usrtard, half flour,
mixed with enough water to make a paste, and spread on a flanel piece, big
enough to cver the lung.
Then that piece, with the spread on one side only, between two other
peices of flanel to avoid burns. Then putting this on the back, making
sure the middle piece, cut a bit smaller than the others to avoid spills
touching the skin directly, and not laving it more han ten minutes, else
one might get burns. NBig warngn about it is also to usually be 2 persons,
someoen there to ake sure oen doe snot fall asleep with that thing on, as
it gives off warmth and ehat and feels nice.
If it starts being too hot, or giving off a burning start of a sensation,
it mut be emoved before the ten miutes, too.

I made it with a bit more flour thasn mustard to leave it on longer a bit,
being used to it and experienced with it, and knowing the lung was really
really bad bad bad.
It seems to work better when it i somethign to do with liquids or water on
the lungs, if it does help a lot too with lungs bugged by a bad flu or
pneumonia.

It is also recommended to have a shower immediately after. If two, the
other can use a facecloth, wet, and wash off the spot to avoid the residue
that woudl have got through to burn the skin.
Making sure to not have sch a wet facecloth as to let it drip down;-):).
You do not ant this in your but crack:).

But under the shower, enough water to fast dilute whatever resudue woudl
be there.

The previous times I tried this in my life, I had to wash it off with a
shower immediately as it wold burn too much.

But this time, must ahve been really really bad, cause I still have not
washed it off, and it still feels nice and fine. Me think I had the right
proportions for the lung condition, simply: It NEEDED it.

Shall se later how the lug gets after that.

But before I put it on, I was starting to worry all right. Abnormal.

Now, I have to make sure that as long as I feel this effect from the dry
mustard I get no cold on my back. Preferable to not go out on such a day
either, and to cover the lungs well and tight (as in stretchy top over the
lungs) in the followign days.

Migt redo it tomorrow if I see it needs to.

But for now it sure stopped the caugh thatw as ever so bad, prductive, but
not enough for how bad the lung was.

I will see when the nice eeling effect wears off how the lung itself feels
and take it from there.
But let's say that just before, I thought that if this went on, I woudl
again spend time at hospital emergency, not having a doctor and nne beign
available save by being on a waiting list for weeks and months (years in
my case:().

Oddly enough, the heating sensation got exactly t be felt in the very two
spots that I can feel acutely in the lungs or ON the lungs. Back area.
Even my riobs on the side were sensitive, which indicated that lung was
badly affected.
Moved the 'rag' to cover the side of the back a bit at the end to be sure
to get soem there as well.

Crossing fingers.

Let's say that I am not up to shopping, so good that stores are losed and
all today.

:)

Oh yes, if anyone ever tries that, be extremely careful t not get any n
your hands and then touch tor face or other sesitive arts (moputh, nose,
etc). Wash your hands carefully and best is to take a shower immediately
after and put on soemthign to snuggle the torso, somethign that clings
near the body to not allow any cold or cool draft f any kind on lungs.

I am starting to feel the efect go awa now...and to sense the lung. Too
son to say bt me thinks might need another time tomorrow. NEVER do this
tice closer than that in time, and only in very special cases.

Again, this can cause severe burns f no oen there to check over you an if
you fall asleep with it, due to it feelign relaxing, nice, warm, and to
the fact that usually it is done after people tied other things, where
they lak sleep from being sick already.
