Yes, the P.M. should have known better. It is so sad when the stigma
still prevails, bringing so much sadness to people whose condition is
totally preventable and the disease curable.

Those with T.B. used to be called "Consumptives" ;  they no longer
are,  because Tuberculosis can be prevented and cured,  so why should
we still refer to victims of Leprosy / H.D. as "lepers" ?

When will be learn to be less cruel ?

Yes, he shouldn't talk about Lepers like that.  Being a Leper is a
tough thing to deal with.  A Leper needs compassion, not criticism.

Especially Epileptic Lepers.  You know what happens when they play
hockey?  There's a face off in the corner.

That's the kind of thing that a Leper with Epilepsy has to deal with.
