one month ago I purchased a pair of zon 5 aids. 2 weeks ago one of the
aids died and the audiolgist sent it in for replacement. Yesterday the
replacement died also. Is starkey putting out a bad product or am I
having a run of bad luck? Any comments appreciated.

Reputation says you are having a run of bad luck. Current reality
says that a string of bad product got into the lines and means to
properly check the electronics failed.

It's a new product so there's not much info on reliability. How are the
aids when they're working? My understanding is that the aid is
waterproof. Any information on this?
