I was just wondering if anyone knew how long a Mirena coil stayed inside
you before it needs to be replaced please?
I only ask cos my stomach and back are aching (nowhere near as bad as they
used to when Aunt Flo came to visit but it's the same kinda pain) and I'm
wondering if the coil needs to be replaced or if it's just something that
is playing me up now to let me know things are still alive and kicking
inside me! Maybe it's my body's way of telling me to sit up straight and
stop slouching?
I used to have 2 TENs machines that I could put on to get rid of the pain
but I think they both got binned when the house was being tidied up and I
can't afford a new one right now!
I don't want to waste the medical bods' time when the pain isn't too bad
and I'll prolly jump in a hot bath to see if that helps instead.
Thank you!
