Divorce With Filing Papers in Pinellas County, FL for Mariage in Georgia

I have a packet for Petition For Dissolution of Marriage With No Minor Children and wanted to know what forms or steps would be required for a divorce where the marriage happened when the gal was not yet 18 years of age; where the gal lives in Pinellas County, Florida, but the guy lives in Georgia.
I do apologize if I don't have all the information but I'm trying to help somebody do this where she is not able to see him...I'm assuming paperwork would have to be sent certified to the guy in Georgia is this correct?
What else would I need to know to properly having the divorce done properly?

always get a good lawyer. you get what you pay for, and that is
